Precision cutting, edge profiling, and finishing — your slab worked to the exact dimensions of your space and held to the Counter Tops LV craftsmanship standard.
A beautiful slab can be ruined by sloppy fabrication: mismatched veining at the seams, chipped edges, cutouts that don’t line up with the cabinets below. Fabrication is the difference between a slab and a finished surface — and it’s where craftsmanship shows.
Every project follows the same disciplined sequence, whether you’ve chosen natural stone, engineered quartz, or large-format porcelain.
Before a single cut, every slab is inspected for consistent veining, a clean background, and structural integrity. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't go on your project.
We lay out your pieces on the slab to match veining across seams and place natural movement where it reads best — behind a faucet, along an island edge.
CNC and bridge-saw cutting render your templated dimensions in stone, with tight tolerances on sink and cooktop cutouts.
Edges are shaped to your chosen profile — eased, bevel, bullnose, or mitered — then polished, honed, or left matte to suit the material and the look you want.
We bring an artist’s eye to an engineer’s craft. Every slab that enters our shop undergoes a rigorous inspection — we look for consistency in veining, purity of the background, and structural integrity. We don’t just select stone for its specs; we select and fabricate it for its visual soul, so the finished surface performs in busy family homes and commercial spaces alike.

View Contact →Fabrication is everything that turns a raw slab into finished countertop pieces: inspecting the slab, laying out the cuts to match veining, cutting to your templated dimensions, machining sink and cooktop openings, and profiling and polishing the edges.
We lay out your pieces digitally on the actual slab before cutting, sequencing adjacent pieces so the veining flows continuously across a seam. On natural stone we also match background tone and movement — this is core to the Counter Tops LV craftsmanship standard.
Common profiles include eased (square), bevel, bullnose, half-bullnose, ogee, and mitered (thick-look) edges. We’ll recommend a profile that suits your material and the way your kitchen is used.
Yes. Every slab and tile is inspected for consistency in veining, purity of the background, and structural integrity before fabrication begins. Surfaces that don’t perform in busy homes and commercial spaces don’t carry our name.
It does. Engineered quartz and porcelain are machined differently than natural stone, and large-format porcelain in particular needs specialized tooling and handling to cut cleanly without chipping. We fabricate each material to its own best practices.
Bring us your dimensions or your material and we’ll fabricate it to fit precisely.
